Hello from Montgomery, Alabama! We welcome adult swimmers aged 18 or over with varying levels of ability (not for beginning swimming lessons). Ideal for fitness swimmers, triathletes, competitive and non-competitive swimmers, we offer structured workouts and opportunities to compete at local and regional levels. A coach is available to help improve stroke technique both to avoid injury and improve performance.
We swim at Alabama State University in a 6-lane, 25-meter heated indoor pool and the pool is dedicated to our use during practice. Dues are $90 per quarter plus an annual $25 CAMS club fee. Swimmers must also register with United States Masters Swimming for $37 annually.
We are affiliated with United States Masters Swimming (USMS), a national organization of more than 43,000 members that provides organized workouts, competitions, clinics and workshops for adults aged 18 and over.
